  • 1 cup 🧀shredded cheese options: sharp cheddar cheese, mozzarella, pepper jack, Gouda
  • ¾ cup 🥛 milk options: whole milk, low fat milk, dairy free option
  • ¼ cup 🧅 green onions chopped (optional)
  • ¼ cup 🍖 diced ham optional
  • ½ cup 🥬 spinach chopped (optional)

Instructions

  • Cook the sausage in a skillet until no longer pink. Let it cool slightly.
  • Preheat your oven to 350°F.
  • Prepare your muffin pan with nonstick cooking spray or paper liners.
  • In a large bowl, combine cooked sausage, Bisquick mix, shredded cheese, and milk.
  • Mix it all together until you get a thick batter.
  • Spoon the batter into the muffin cups, filling about 3/4 full.
  • Place the muffin pan on the center rack of your preheated oven.
  • Bake for 20 minutes until the tops are golden brown.

Notes

For mini muffins: Bake at 350°F for 12-15 minutes.
